Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer as defined in Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB), you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without stating any reason.

This right of withdrawal does not apply to entrepreneurs as defined in Section 14 BGB.

Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you (who is not the carrier) received the goods.

How to Withdraw

You can exercise your right of withdrawal by sending us a clear declaration via email, fax or mail. Alternatively, you can simply return the goods to us with the handwritten note "Return" and your order number.

Returns of Used Items

Returns are also possible if the item has already been tried or used – as long as it is undamaged. Please include the invoice, delivery note, or your order number with the return, if possible.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal.

The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.

We reserve the right to withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof of return shipment – whichever occurs first.

Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.

Exceptions

Only digital or physical gift cards are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
