Size Determination
Measure the inside diameter of your nostrils – once horizontally, once vertically. Add both values and divide the result by two. This average value will help you determine the right size. Is your value between two sizes?

Then: The smaller size usually sits a little more discreetly and comfortably. The larger size can improve airflow more effectively.
