How to easily find the right size:
Measure the inner diameter of your nostrils – once horizontally and once vertically. Add both values together and divide the result by two. Then compare the value with our size chart.

Tip: With the starter set, which includes all five sizes, you can easily find the variant that suits you best. Even small differences in size can significantly improve comfort and effectiveness.
